  • We want you to be independent in preparation of plasma- and tissue samples from cancer patients using standardized protocols.
  • It is meritorious if you have previous documented experience in working with DNA/RNA/protein extraction, isolation of extracellular vesicles and know methods required for vesicle analyses e.g. size exclusion chromatography, particle characterization, western blotting and mass spectrometry.
  • We also value if you are independent in ex vivo culturing of cancer cells and have experience in cell viability assessment, siRNA methodology and immunofluorescence microscopy.
  • As KI is using electronic documentation of research results in BIONOVA Notebook, we would like you to have knowledge in this, or similar software.
  • As our team member, you will be part of our national- and international collaborations in the lung cancer field.
