A Research Assistant position in Computational Genome Biology is immediately available in the Bienko-Crosetto Lab for Quantitative Genome Biology at the Science for Life Laboratory (SciLifeLab) in Stockholm.
The Bienko-Crosetto Lab is focused on developing and applying cutting-edge genomic technologies to map the spatial organization of chromatin in the nucleus of mammalian cells, with the long-term goal of understanding how DNA-RNA-protein interactions shape the higher-order chromatin architecture and orchestrate it under physiological and pathological conditions.
As a Research Assistant, you will contribute to analyzing various omics datasets that we are continuously generating in our lab and apply advanced computational tools to model the 3D genome architecture of single cells.
You will be embedded in a dynamic research environment (https://bienkocrosettolabs.org/) where you will work alongside senior scientists, postdocs and PhD students from diverse fields and backgrounds, expanding your knowledge and computing skills, and fostering your creativity.
Your main tasks will be:
