Do you want to contribute to improving human health?

The Therapeutic Immunedesign research group focuses on understanding and manipulating the immune system in order to propose personalized treatments. We design, clone, purify and test antigens, which are then tested in different model systems. The goal is for our platforms and systems to be used with precision for curative treatment in the disease areas cancer and multiple sclerosis. The post doc provision is aimed at persons who want to participate in a project that works with personalized neoantigen specific vaccination.

Your mission

This postdoctoral position is set up to strengthen our capacity to develop new personal ways of treating cancer based on tumor-specific mutations. Your will be involved in the development of formulation of personal vaccines, both in mouse model and a clinical trial of dogs with different types of cancer. You will formulate, produce, purify and characterize the constituent components including adjuvant to finally test these in in vitro and in vivo model systems.
