Do you want to contribute to improving human health?

The Department of Clinical Neuroscience (CNS) is divided into five divisions that conduct research and education in neuroscience, from the molecular level to the societal level. The work at the department is highly integrated with the clinical activities at Karolinska University Hospital, St. Erik's Eye Hospital and the Stockholm Region.

Now we want to strengthen our research and education in the somatic area in general and especially on major public diseases such as e.g. cardiology, gastroenterology or pain. The unit of medical psychology at Karolinska University Hospital and the division of psychology at KI are very research-active units and work closely together on clinical issues.
