The Cell and Gene Therapy Group is a multidisciplinary research group with 20 members, including senior scientists, PhD students, technical and biomedical lab staff, and administration at ANA Futura, Campus Flemingsberg, working in a translational research environment. Our group’s primary research focus is to optimize and clinically adapt strategies to retarget NK cells to tumors with limited off-target effects and toxicity profiles.

Your mission

We are looking for a laboratory technician with an interest in pre-clinical models for cancer immunotherapy. You will work together with the senior researchers leading different projects investigating new and improving current NK cell-based immunotherapies for cancer. Your main responsibilities will be animal experimentation and cell culture. Cell analyses by flow cytometry and molecular biology will be included in the varied tasks within the projects.

Your profile

You have documented qualifications to work with laboratory animals. Previous experience with murine cancer models is a merit.
You have experience with culturing of human cells.
You are meticulous in your work and the documentation and planning of it.
You are able to work independently and in a team.
You are open to learning new techniques and methods.
Due to the international character of the group, good communication skills in English are required.
