Do you want to contribute to top quality medical research?

Chronic inflammatory skin diseases are a major cause of global disease burden and a major challenge for modern medicine due to their complexity and impact. Substantial progress has been made in these diseases regarding the development of highly specific, and effective therapy option; however, treatment decision is still made on a subjective “best fit model” by the treating physician and precision medicine is not established in the field. One major reason for this may be the heterogeneity of psoriasis and AD, as both diagnoses most likely comprise several endotypes based on different genetic susceptibility loci, trigger factors, and immune phenotypes relevant for disease pathogenesis. Join us to re-define and extend endotypes and their health impact including associated comorbidities as well as to generate more accurate and personalized prediction of unmet needs and disease courses in chronic diseases - using psoriasis and atopic dermatitis as case studies.
