The applicant will be joining the research group of professor Lennart Hammarström and mainly work on immunogenetics in patients with primary immunodeficiency – identifying mutations in immunodeficiency genes and also define novel causative genes and work this up functionally using state of the art multiomic strategies (including single cell assays with combined epigenetic/transcriptomic/proteomic tools).

Our group has access to a large patient material (primary immunodeficiency patients) and collaborates with a large number of similar centers around the world. We publish 20-30, well cited (current h-index 86), papers per year in renowened journals.
