Do you want to contribute to top quality medical research?

Clinical research and basic science studies focusing on safety and efficacy of fertility preservation and reproductive health are being conducted at the Laboratory of Translational Fertility Preservation in the group of Adjunct Professor Kenny Rodriguez-Wallberg from the Department of Oncology Pathology, Karolinska Institutet. The Team is mainly dedicated to Reproductive Oncology (Oncofertility) and reproductive outcomes of cancer survivors, but it also does research on assisted reproduction technologies across all causes and treatments of infertility. Description of the subject area

We are focusing on fertility preservation, especially through translational studies aiming at improving fertility preservation methodology. There is a specific focus on gonadal toxicity of cancer treatment, methods for gonadal tissue cryopreservation and ovarian tissue transplantation in experimental settings, in vitro follicle culture and maturation.

Your mission

The group is now recruiting a Research Specialist who will work in close collaboration with both clinicians and the rest of our team on the development of our in vitro methodology to improve fertility preservation by gonadal tissue cryopreservation and transplantation.
