Our goal is to develop a systems biology framework to match targeted therapies and drug combinations using omics- profiling and drug testing.

Your mission

Your mission is to be part and help in a leading research environment for functional precision systems medicine research. The responsibilities include primary cell model and conventional cell line culture linked to high throughput drug re-purpose testing in addition to general lab management such as maintenance and ordering. The tasks also include experimentation with classical molecular biology technologies, maintenance of cell culture areas and preparation of DNA/RNA/protein samples from tissue, cells, and blood for -omics analyses. The applicant will also be expected to perform basic data analysis and enter the data to research databases, regularly present and communicate the scientific results both in written and oral format, as well as help in teaching of common laboratory techniques to group members.
