The Andersson-Rolf lab is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic substitute with experience in spatial transcriptomics.
The newly established Andersson-Rolf lab investigates the role of cell identity in bridging developmental mechanisms with those underlying adult pancreatic regeneration and pathology. By integrating human organoid technology, (spatial)omics, genome- and bioengineering we seek to leverage insights from developmental biology to decipher the mechanisms of adult pancreatic regeneration and disease.
We are looking for a candidate to support a project that aims to characterize pancreatic organoids and map their cellular composition using single-cell transcriptomics (scRNA-seq) and high-resolution spatial transcriptomics.
