LIME has approximately 100 employees and is located at the Solna Campus.

The Procome research group, at the Medical Management Centre, LIME, is seeking a research assistant for 1 year, full-time, with a focus on evaluating a project performed by the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) aimed at strengthening quality, accessibility, and efficiency in specialized child and adolescent psychiatry (BUP). Your mission

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and reflective research assistant with an interest in, and experience of, qualitative methods. The tasks include recruiting participants and conducting interviews (both digitally and on-site) with representatives from the BUP units included in the project, as well as with key personnel from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You will also work with qualitative analysis of collected data.

The work may also include contributing to the development of surveys and analyzing survey data. The role also involves compiling results and contributing to the production of reports, as well as handling project administrative tasks.

The work consists of independent and varied tasks that require accuracy, flexibility, and a strong ability to plan and organize your work.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A master’s degree in a field relevant to the position (e.g., healthcare profession, organizational science, behavioral science, nursing, public health)
  • A strong interest in quality improvement work within healthcare
  • Very good knowledge and documented experience of collecting, analyzing, and compiling qualitative data (e.g., interviews, focus groups, observations)
  • Knowledge of improvement science and/or implementation science
  • Very good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English

It is considered an advantage if you have:

  • Experience of research and/or practical work within healthcare
  • Experience of research administrative tasks
  • Experience of managing and compiling survey data
  • Experience of working independently with research tasks
  • Experience of collaborating with different stakeholders within healthcare
  • We also place great importance on your, personal characteristics, interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate.
