Detection of high-risk recurrence and optimization of salvage strategies after radiation treatment in prostate cancer and establishing a dedicated training program for table side assistants in urologic robotic surgery

Your mission

We are recruiting a Research Coordinator to strengthen our project on optimizing salvage strategies after radiotherapy in prostate cancer. The successful candidate will contribute both to scientific analysis and to the clinical implementation of research findings.

This is a permanent, full-time position. 

Key responsibilities include:

· Linking PSMA PET/CT imaging reports with national quality registries and performing advanced statistical analyses.

· Refining definitions of biochemical recurrence, evaluating predictors of progression, and assessing salvage treatment strategies.

· Designing structured training programs to translate research outcomes into clinical practice, with a focus on robotic urologic surgery.

· Developing and implementing educational modules for surgical and clinical staff to accelerate adoption of new diagnostic and treatment strategies.

· Contributing to manuscript preparation, dissemination of findings, and coordination of interdisciplinary collaborations.

Your profile

· Graduate-level education in life science, medicine or related field.

· Clinical experience in urologic robotic surgery and tableside assistance.

· Strong background in hands-on training of multidisciplinary clinical staff.

· Proven expertise in academic publishing.

· Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.

· International and interdisciplinary work experience

· Documented experience in project management and delivery of results within set timelines.
