New technologies and shifting consumption and production patterns are transforming working life which in turn impacts the health, safety and wellbeing of workers.
In this role, you will contribute to two exciting research projects. Your main project will be ALGOSH – Algorithmic management at work: challenges, opportunities, and strategies for occupational safety, health and wellbeing. You will also be working with the newly launched European research initiative MAIJobCare – Managing job quality and labour shortages with AI/AM in long-term care.
Your main tasks will include supporting research activities with both quantitative and qualitative methods, and helping ensure that the projects run smoothly and efficiently. In this role you will be collaborating closely with international research teams involving top researchers from Europe, Canada, the US, and Australia. You will also be in contact with other ongoing projects in the research group, especially those focusing on algorithmic management and the gig economy.
This position provides opportunities both to learn from leading experts and also to contribute with your own knowledge and ideas.
