We are looking for a System Developer to join Professor Joakim Dillner's research group at the Center for Cervical Cancer Elimination, part of the Department of Clinical Sciences, Intervention, and Technology. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic research team focused on eScience and cancer prevention.
The Center for Cervical Cancer Elimination conducts both basic and applied research on human papillomavirus (HPV) and preventive measures. We are responsible for the international HPV reference laboratory, where new HPV sequences are documented and archived. We also participate in national and international projects on exposome research and cervical cancer prevention, collaborating with health authorities to monitor and evaluate interventions, as well as disseminating research results to promote public health.
As a System Developer, you will lead and coordinate the IT architecture, taking responsibility for data processing, analysis, and project support. In this role, you will ensure that workflows and analysis pipelines are both efficient and robust. Additionally, you will represent the group in national and international forums, presenting progress in research.
