The Mechanisms of Social Behavior lab at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden is seeking a highly qualified postdoctoral researchers to join our team. With Björn Lindström as teamleader and funded by the Bank of Sweden Tercentenary Foundation, we are studying how human-AI collaboration can improve human collective innovation. Our interdisciplinary, multi-methods approach combines behavioral experiments, computational (RL/cognitive) modelling and multi-agent simulations.

As a postdoctoral researcher, you will lead a project aimed at improving human collective innovation through collaboration with AI agents.

Strong academic credentials, including publications in high-quality international journals, are required. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a requirement, fluency in Swedish is not required. Personal characteristics and suitability will be considered when filling the position. To be eligible for employment as a postdoctor, a PhD or a foreign degree deemed to be equivalent to a Swedish PhD is required. This eligibility requirement must be fulfilled at the latest at the time of the employment decision. Completion of your doctoral degree within the last three years is considered an advantage. If there are special reasons, your degree may have been completed earlier.
