This position is located in Dr Mikael Benson's research group at the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat within the Department of Clinical Science, Intervention and Technology. Research and education in ENT includes various aspects of high-resolution identification of disease mechanisms, biomarkers and drug targets. This position refers to a fixed-term employment of 6 months.
You will work in a multi-disciplinary project that aims to identify disease mechanisms, biomarkers and drug targets for early diagnosis and prevention of cancer. Your duties include performing machine learning and statistics on such mechanisms, biomarkers and drug targets under the supervision of Dr. Benson as well as compiling data for publication and presentations. You are also expected to participate in the common laboratory tasks in the group. In addition, you will collaborate with researchers in Sweden and internationally and participate in various project meetings.
