The major goal of Harald Lund’s research group is to map the cellular and molecular architecture of the blood-nerve barrier during health and disease. We aim to uncover novel physiological functions of the blood-nerve barrier and to understand whether manipulating the blood-nerve barrier can be a strategy to treat disorders where sensory neurons are damaged or destroyed. We are recruiting a research assistant to participate in the day to day research activities of the lab.
