The research at the unit of Integrative toxicology covers a wide range, from experimental and observational studies through to mathematical modelling and application of such research in health risk assessment. The aim is to highlight areas that are crucial for toxicological risk assessment, with a focus on health and safety at the workplace, indoor air quality and chemical accidents.

Your mission

You will be assisting research and administration within the Schenk research group. Research assignments include performing literature searches, study screening and data extraction, as well as to interpret and synthesise the findings of available toxicological and epidemiological research. The research projects focus on the risk assessment of PFAS and cleaning agents. 

Your profile

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with an education in toxicology or related field. Documented experience of document studies within toxicology and/or risk assessment and systematic review methodology will be given the highest weights. Good written English skills are required. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities such as ability to work independently, as well as organisational-, communication- and social skills. The project is planned to start in June and the position is temporary for six months.
