Division
The role is based at the Department of Women's and Children's Health. The successful candidate will explore the cellular and molecular mechanisms governing skeletal growth during physiology and pathology in vivo using mouse models, ex vivo using human biopsies, and in vitro using cell culture models.
The successful candidate will apply and develop protocols including in vitro and ex vivo culture (2D and organoid), size exclusion chromatography, nanoparticle tracking analysis, flow cytometry, super-resolution microscopy, ex vivo organ culture, spatially resolved transcriptomics, histological and histochemical staining, immunofluoresence, electron microscopy and other relevant technologies, as applicable. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work towards scientific independence.
To be eligible for employment as a postdoctor a doctoral degree or a foreign degree deemed to be equivalent to a doctoral degree is required. This eligibility requirement must be fulfilled at the latest at the time of the employment decision. It is considered as an advantage if you have completed your doctoral degree within the last three years, if there are special reasons, your degree may have been completed earlier.
