We are looking for an experienced and committed project coordinator for an exciting and innovative development project in health data. In this unique project, supported by Vinnova, you will coordinate and support a collaboration between nine different organizations, all with the common goal of driving improvements and innovations in the health data sphere.

Your mission

You will provide qualified support to the project's steering group through all phases; initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and closure. This includes responsibility for effectively coordinating and communicating between and with all participating organizations. You will ensure that the project delivers within scope, time, and budget, lead and inspire a versatile team through complex challenges and decision-making processes, and be responsible for follow-up and reporting to the project's steering group and Vinnova. The role is challenging, independent, and rewarding, and you will work on a project with a significant impact on the future of healthcare. Your profile

You have several years (well-reputed) experience in project management/coordination, preferably in the health sector or within data/IT. You should have experience leading collaborative projects between different organizations and disciplines and with strong competence in risk management and problem management. We are looking for you who can effectively communicate at various organizational levels and professional groups and with high service awareness. You should have a university degree in a relevant domain such as computer science, industrial economics. You should have a deep understanding and/or experience of working with health data and it is meritorious if you have certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, and experience from working in the public sector and understanding its specific challenges and work processes.

You need to be proficient in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
