Your mission

As a postdoctoral researcher at ARC you will work in a dynamic and international research environment. The current position will focus on cognitive and olfactory function in aging and dementia and their associations with dementia biomarkers.

You will work with data collected at a Memory clinic (n = 300) and within the population-based Swedish National Study on Aging and Care-Kungsholmen (SNAC-K, n = 2500, https://www.snac-k.se/). Available biomarkers include CSF, blood, and neuroimaging markers. Baseline data for the Memory clinic sample are already collected and follow-up is ongoing. The SNAC-K study covers repeated assessments of cognition, olfaction, and dementia across 18 years.

Over the course of the postdoctoral appointment, the candidate will plan, analyze, structure, and report on results from these and other databases.

This is a temporary full-time position of 2 years with start in August 2023, or according to agreement.
