MTC have about 40 research groups and our key words are multidisciplinary, bridging, national and international collaborations.
The Murrell lab, at MTC, KI, is a mixed computational and experimental lab working at the intersection of computational biology, virology, immunology, and evolution. See here for recent work: https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=I80vy5cAAAAJ&sortby=pubdate
Current projects involve antibody discovery, vaccine design, building models of molecular evolution, and various applications of deep learning.
Your mission
You will develop and lead projects that aim to build novel phylogenetic models and methods, and also (optionally) work on the application of diffusion denoising models to new problems. You will contribute to various ongoing projects in the lab.
