Research assistant position in an immunology lab

We are looking for a research assistant to contribute to our research projects on the study of Innate Lymphoid Cells and its role in allergic diseases. We offer a motivated environment and the opportunity to develop scientific and technical skills in the lab. The Department of Microbiology, Tumor and Cell Biology (MTC) at Karolinska Institutet conducts research and teaching in immunology, infection biology, cell biology and cancer. MTC has about 430 active employees, including many PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, senor scientists, lecturers and professors.

Your mission

You will assist the researchers in the lab and contribute to their projects. Also you will help with organization and administrative tasks in the group.

Your profile

Expertise in the following techniques is required: tissue processing, flow cytometry, ELISA, cell culture. Accreditation to work with mouse models such as FELASA will be highly valuable. We expect the candidate to have excellent organization skills and to be highly motivated and flexible to collaborate and work on a team.
