The Department of Learning, Informatics, Management and Ethics (LIME) conducts research and education that promotes practical implementation of research findings and new knowledge in multicultural healthcare research. The department has two university-wide areas of activity – pedagogical development and support activities as well as research, education, and consultancy in the field of health and medical care – as well as research ethics. It is an exciting work environment where research and education are in focus.
We are now looking for a full-time research specialist in the field of Cultural Medicine who can be part of and support our preventive activities in a time-limited project Care - Refugees from Ukraine regarding mapping and assessment of health, competence and language. The work will be practically described in a Method Handbook including action proposals.
You will work in the Cultural Medicine research group in an international team that focuses on research in the field in a current time-bound project. Your duties include the following under the project manager (PI):
To be eligible for employment as a Research Specialist, in addition to holding a Degree of Doctor, PhD, or having equivalent scientific expertise, the applicant must have demonstrated research expertise as well as have documented research experience after defending their doctoral dissertation.
