Do you want to contribute to top quality medical research?

The Department of Laboratory Medicine consists of seven divisions and is active in many areas of Laboratory Medicine. The division of Biomolecular and Cellular Medicine (BCM) is focused on gene and cell therapy approaches as well as being the host for several core facilities within preclinical and clinical medical research. BCM is located within the Clinical Research Centre (CRC), which is a common resource for researchers from different departments at Karolinska Institutet and Karolinska University Hospital.

Your mission

FENO is involved in a variety of research areas and offers an exciting working environment with a broad scope in a growing field. The majority of projects involve analysis of rodent models.

As a biomedical analyst daily activities include receipt and registration of materials, histological processing and sectioning of paraffin embedded, and frozen samples, staining and digitalizing slides and documentation of staining results and protocols.
