We are an academic research lab in the Department of Cell and Molecular Biology (CMB) at Karolinska Institutet (KI) and SciLifeLab in Stockholm, Sweden, looking for a Research Assistant in tumor systems biology.

Your mission

You will develop methods to reveal the spatial architecture of tumors and their growth dynamics.

Your profile

Masters-level education in bioinformatics
Experience analyzing spatial single-cell data in the context of cancer is essential for this role, for example in the form of a master thesis on the topic
Mastery of R, the tidyverse framework, Python, Linux, bash, Mysql and Latex
Experience in single-cell transcriptomics
Fluency in English, spoken and written

In addition, the candidate’s personal skills will be strongly valued.
