Your mission

We are seeking a Research assistant to work in Professor Karlsson Hedestam’s group at the Department of Microbiology, Tumor and Cell Biology (MTC) at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm. The group uses next generation sequencing (bulk and single cell) and computational tools to study B cell responses with a special focus on B cell receptor repertoires in the context of infection, vaccination, and autoimmunity.

Your profile

You are a highly motivated person who enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary team and who has the following skills:

• Undergraduate training in wetlab biology and computing-related disciplines.
• Previous experience with analysis of B-cell receptor sequencing data
• Experience with single-cell RNAseq data
• Experience in both Python and Julia programming languages
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English
