We are seeking a Research assistant to work in Professor Karlsson Hedestam’s group at the Department of Microbiology, Tumor and Cell Biology (MTC) at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm. The group uses next generation sequencing (bulk and single cell) and computational tools to study B cell responses with a special focus on B cell receptor repertoires in the context of infection, vaccination, and autoimmunity.
