The newly created National Single-Cell Genomics Facility located at the Science for Life Laboratory (SciLifeLab) in Stockholm is looking for a facility manager.

Science for Life Laboratory (SciLifeLab) is a national center for molecular biosciences with focus on health and environmental research. The center combines frontline technical expertise with advanced knowledge of translational medicine and molecular bioscience. SciLifeLab is a national resource and a collaboration between four universities: Karolinska Institutet, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm University and Uppsala University.

The Single-Cell Genomics Facility is one of three new facilities that will be focused on single cell genomics and proteomics. The objective is to become a world-leading platform for single cell analyisis for the benefit of Swedish biomedical science. Based in Stockholm, the Single-Cell Genomics facility will focus on high throughput streamlined microfluidics-based transcriptome and genome analysis of large numbers of individual eukaryotic cells.

Area of responsibilities/description of work
