At the unit of Integrative Toxicology our research concerns areas that are central to toxicological risk assessment, from the perspectives of exposure and chemical risks within the population and in the working life. Exposure and effects are studied in advanced cell systems in vitro as well as in studies with volunteers. Furthermore, the unit's research includes various applications of modelling, risk assessment and prevention.

Your mission

You will be working with data collection and administration in a project on health risks occupational cleaning agent use. You will be expected to perform literature searches, interpret and synthesise the findings of previous studies, perform exposure assessment through computer-based modelling and assisting in planning and performing exposure measurements in the field.

Your profile

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with an education in toxicology or related field. Knowledge about health risk assessment practices is required. Documented knowledge about chemicals regulation applicable to cleaning agents and about their toxicity will be given the highest weight. Organizational and communication skills are highly important, good written English skills are required. Previous experience of exposure modelling is an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities such as communication and social skills and the ability to acquire new skills and knowledge.
