The research group for Intervention processes and outcomes (PROCOME) focuses on research on effects and implementation of innovative improvement programs in different type of organizations, with specific focus on health and social care. The work will take place within the boundaries of on-going projects focusing on improving staff psychosocial work environment and wellbeing through bottom-up interventions, as well as closing the knowledge-to-practice gap with implementation and de-implementation efforts in the healthcare environment. We are now looking for a Project manager.

Your mission

The role as project manager means you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting a data collection and analyses in multiple projects. The main duties are to manage the research team, keep the funding body updated on progress continuously and be in charge of the overall administration and execution of the project. You will be a driving force in performing mainly quantitative but also qualitative data analyses and in compiling scientific papers. The methods will include (but are not limited to) factorial survey experiments, correlational cross-sectional and longitudinal research, scoping and systematic reviews, and psychometric validation. In addition, the role as project manager implies applying for external funding in Sweden and internationally.

Your profile

The following qualifications are necessary for the position:

  • A PhD in a for this position relevant area (e.g., psychology, management).
  • Experience as project manager for scientific projects.
  • Research experience on psychosocial work environment and implementation and de-implementation in health care.
  • Extensive experience in quantitative research using both correlational and experimental study design.
  • Experience of qualitative research.
  • Proven ability to perform psychometric testing and complex data analyses such as structural equation modeling, multilevel modeling, and moderation/mediation analysis.
  • At least 10 manuscripts published in scientific journals with at least 5 as first author.
  • Experience obtaining external funding in Sweden or internationally.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and in Writing.

The following qualifications are considered as meritorious:

  • Profound domain knowledge when it comes to compiling experimental web-based questionnaires for research projects.
  • Experience with planning and performing literature reviews.
  • Knowledge and experience in performing Coincidence Analysis (CNA).

Personal qualities

You have excellent leader, planning and communication skills as well as excellent collaboration skills and ability to work independently. You are well-organized and proactive.

Emphasis will be put on personal skills in the evaluation process.
