Your mission

You will take active part in the faculty at the Unit for bioentrepreneurship. In particular you will share your time between education and project coordination.

Your education related work will include:

  • Support in planning and design including finding guest speakers
  • Teaching and facilitating workshops
  • Supervising students working with individual projects
  • Evaluation of the courses and other educational activities

Your project related role will include:

  • Avtalsansvarig for an EU financed project
  • Making sure the work packages are executed in a timely and correct manner
  • Coordinating communication and PR for the project
  • Optimizing resources in the project

Your profile

Required qualifications (must be supported by documentation)

  • Master’s degree within a field that is relevant for the position
  • Experience of teaching at University level (in English)
  • Experience from developing and running courses on master’s and PhD Level
  • Experience of project management within academia
  • Specific experience from work related to innovation and entrepreneurship in the Life science context
  • Specific experience from facilitation work and coaching
  • A solid network within the Life science industry in Sweden and other European countries
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English (both speaking and writing)

Meriting qualifications (must be supported by documentation)

  • Master’s degree in Business and Economics

Personal skills

Since this recruitment involves intense interaction with students, your personal skills such as being a good communicator, being structured and having the ability to collaborate will be important, but also having the ability to run projects and work independently under time pressures and with, in some cases, limited instructions.
