Your mission

As a postdoc in the team you will actively organize, plan, execute, document and disseminate experimental bench-work on functional and proteomic studies on stem cells and extracellular vesicles derived from stem cells. The research project is linked to an EU-funded study, BOOSTB4 (www.boostb4.eu) where transplantation of mesenchymal stem cell is evaluated for the treatment of Osteogenesis Imperfecta.

Your profile

Qualified to be employed as a postdoctor is one who has obtained a doctorate or has equivalent scientific competence. Applicants who have not completed a doctorate at the end of the application period may also apply, provided that all requirements for a completed degree are met before the (intended) date of employment. This must be substantiated by the applicant's main supervisor, director or equivalent.

We value that you are flexible and like solving problem as we constantly work to improve our processes. Documented hands-on knowledge in aseptic cell culture and multi parameter flow cytometry experiments and data analysis is a requirement. Experience from mesenchymal stem cells and the techniques (analysis of stem and immune cells, proteomics and sequencing) that will be used within the project is a merit. You have an ability to stay on top of the relevant research field, and you have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English, as well as very good knowledge of statistics and official programs. Personal suitability is highly valued.
