Division
Positron emission tomography (PET) is an imaging technique used to investigate brain function in healthy subjects and patients with neuropsychiatric illnesses. The PET group at Karolinska Institutet is one of the world leaders in its research area. PET has been given increased application to measure the binding of drugs to receptors in the brain's neurotransmitters, which gives the opportunity to optimize treatment with both established and new drugs. These principles are applied in a comprehensive collaboration between the PET group at Karolinska Institutet and different pharmaceutical companies.

Duties
We are looking for a person experienced in working with HPLC and development of analytical methods. You will mainly analyze PET radioligands in various research projects. The research is translational and contains both animal experimental models and human studies.

Entry requirements
To qualify the applicant must hold a University degree in analytical chemistry with experience in HPLC.
