Our research team at the Department of Oncology-Pathology is working to develop and evaluate the use of AI algorithms to improve breast cancer screening and diagnostics. The team announces a scholarship for a student at one of the universities within the Stockholm Trio for the spring semester 2025.

These scholarships aim to give undergraduate or advanced level students early practical experience of research work to strengthen the link between education and research and encourage future studies at postgraduate level. The scholarships can either be awarded for studies within an existing course, or for a shorter period of practical research experience documented through an individual study plan/research plan for admitted undergraduate or advanced students.
The scholarships are established for a maximum of 12 months, spread over a maximum of four courses/periods.
Location: Solna. This position will be part of Fredrik Strand research group.
